The year 2013 has been very momentous  for us at Sanovi. As we welcome the New Year 2014, we would like to thank you for being part our journey in 2013 and also share the highlights for the year gone by.

We take this opportunity to reiterate our commitment to providing value to our customers and partners with  innovative and cutting edge Business Continuity and IT Recovery solutions.


As part of our commitment to innovation and R&D, this year, we expanded our product offerings and released two new products in the Business Continuity & Crisis Management Collaboration and Data protection areas, in addition to significant enhancements to our  Enterprise DRM &   Cloud DRM products. We launched  comprehensive BCP/DR Consulting services to help customers deploy a complete BCP/DR program.  We are very excited about our recently announced partnership with Intel Corporation to jointly develop replication and DR solution for Apache open-source Hadoop distribution.  We are deeply committed to this open-source initiative and proud to contribute our part to open-source world.  This feature is expected to accelerate Hadoop based big-data deployments by Enterprises. 
We crossed  100 customer mark with  several of them having multi-billion dollar revenues. More than 50% of the top banks in the region use Sanovi DRM today. We are proud of the  exceptional demonstration of our solution value across all customers.  During the year, several of our customers have reported that they performed site level DR drills for multiple applications under 2-hours with remarkable ease and cost savings.  With the fast adoption of cloud, several small/medium customers are actively adopting to RaaS (Recovery-as-a-Service) model powered by Sanovi CloudDRM product, through our RaaS channel partners.  

With the adoption of Sanovi software by a broad base of 110+ customers across several verticals including BFSI, Govt/PSU, Telecom and Manufacturing, Sanovi is the recognized market leader in the IT DRM space. Highlights such as emerging enterprise software company of the year, top 100 brands of India etc.,  to name a few have been feathers in the Sanovi cap this year. We are very excited to have received the prestigious Red Herring Global 100 award this year and we are open to the new possibilities this and host of other milestones will bring to us ahead. 

Recognizing the fact that customers are adopting to private, public and hybrid Clouds to benefit from the cost, scale and manageability advantages, we have embarked on the development of next generation software that radically simplifies IT Continuity and makes Application Continuity very seamless in Cloud deployments.   These products will be released starting early 2014 and will enhance our customer value significantly.

Sanovi Key Customer Milestones in 2013

  • Many key Government organizations, whose IT applications impact the general public directly/indirectly, have used Sanovi DRM tool to test their DR readiness.
  • With the confidence gained using Sanovi DRM for automating the Dr Drills, A large bank has adopted  regular practice of minimum two DR Drills annually, where entire site is Switched over to DR and Switched Back, in addition to performing many consolidated and application-specific DR Drills
  • Many customers have performed comprehensive automated DR Drills for the first time considering the ease of execution of automated Drills through Sanovi DRM

Customers face challenge in monitoring their RTO/RPO in real time and also don’t have adequate reporting or in performing DR drills as it is largely expert dependent and process intense.
