Program Manager:
Sanovi Services is looking for program manager based out of Mumbai, who will be responsible for successful delivery of all the Support & Services engagements with over 8 yrs of industry experience with a minimum 2 yrs of experience with project management.
Skills Required
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in working with the executive level staff
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and DR technologies
Responsibilities
• Implementation and deployment of the product
• Transition of work to onsite operations team post implementation
• Track the SLAs and ensure process compliance by team members
• Effective co-ordination of the projects and account for resource utilization against the projects.
• Resolve inter-dependencies, risks and any other issues that may arise
• Work with Support and 24x7 teams to handle escalations and be part of monthly reviews with customers
• Interfacing with customer team for any changes/customizations requested by the customer
Senior Technical Consultant
Sanovi Services is looking for Senior Technical Consultant based out of Bangalore, who will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting large complex DR solutions. The candidate should have over 5 years of experience in supporting large IT environments.

Responsibilities
• Understanding the customer’s environment and design, implement DR solutions
• Track the Service SLAs and ensure process compliance
• Work closely with level-1 and level-2 support team and customers to understand the issues
• Debug and suggest work around to get the customer up and running.
• Investigate failures and work with L4 support team to come up with bug fixes,
test and release the patch to the customers.
• Product and DR Drill support (24*7 on phone)
• Perform and analyze disaster simulations for the prompt restoration of services
• conduct customer based disaster recovery activities
• Developing and testing DR integration plans
Team Lead
Sanovi Services is looking for Team Lead based out of Mumbai, who will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting day to day DR operations. The candidate should have over 5 years of experience in handling support teams and should be hands-on.

Responsibilities
• Planning the pre-drill & on-drill tasks and provide first level response to any escalation from the customer with help from the team members working in shift
• Manage the team members and their shifts schedules and plan their schedules
• Planning and execution of all tasks by team members (i.e all pre drill tasks,on drill tasks, monitoring, reporting, any tasks related to disaster scenarios) which can impact SLA.
• Track any escalations and take actions to ensure response time norms are adhered to.
• Co-ordinate meetings related to any planned activities and be part of any meeting related to BCP activities
