As a first, Sanovi has put in place a new call logging and call escalation procedure to streamline the call management and speedy call resolution procedure. The Sanovi Service Desk will work 24 X 7.

Sanovi representatives manning the desk will be well versed in the technical aspects as well as the domain specifications and will help the customer’s IT team to resolve any IT or service issues and provide help on an immediate basis. In the stray chance that the resolution is not possible over the phone, the Sanovi Service Desk will immediately escalate it for technical assistance. This will help in optimising time lags and ensuring that the customers issues are resolved much faster.
