The service enabled by the software, includes DR metric & health monitoring and industry best practices recovery automation for off-the-shelf applications & databases.
Service Availability
Wipro in partnership with Sanovi is offering this as "DR Assurance service". The service can be deployed and availed of at Wipro's hosting centers and/or the customer's datacenter. Wipro will do remote monitoring and management of the service via its state-of-art Global Service Management Center (GSMC) facility.

DR Assurance Service Details
The following services are available as part of the DR Assurance services:
Pro-Active DR is is a remote monitoring service that provides visibility to the following:
- Visibility into DR infrastructure health.
- Real-time RPO to measure against committed objective.
- Real-time replication monitoring.
- Proactive application environment monitoring.
DR Drill Service execution of DR drills as per the service level, this service provides:
- automation of the Drill procedure including pre-checks and operational steps.
- As part of the service, DR Drill proceedures are updated to reflect findings of the enviornmental changes and pre-check process.
- DR drill reports
DR Recovery Services is an add-on to the DR Drill service that provides:
- Visibility into applcation's Recovery Time Objectives.
- As part of the Service, failover recovery procedures are updated to reflect findings from the DR Drills.
- eviation reports on measured recovery times versus stated objectives .
DR Continuity services
This is a comprehensive offering that includes all the above three services.
